A two-bed flat is usually two hours, a three-bed house around three, a small office one to two. Message us the rooms and we'll tell you honestly rather than padding it out.
No. We bring everything, including the vacuum. If you'd rather we used your own products — allergies, pets, a surface you're precious about — just say and we will.
Not at all. Plenty of clients leave a key or give us a door code. We keep keys tagged with a number rather than an address, and never both together.
Yes. There's no contract. Just give us 24 hours' notice where you can so we can fill the slot.
Bank transfer after each clean, or cash if you prefer. Offices are invoiced monthly on 14-day terms.
